Rattus norvegicus Muscle 50-99 mg

50 mg of rat muscle was placed in a 2 mL tube with 2.8 mm ceramic beads and 1 mL of water. Sample was processed on the Bead ruptor 24 at 5.65 m/s for 2 cycles of 1 min.
